This is one of the most encouraging things we are able to be involved here at ACO. One night quarterly we open up our facility to the local Chester County Autism Awareness group and have a game night. This allows the parents to be able to rest and reflect with each other as our church helps our new friends to engage in one on one or even group games.
By the time the night is over we all have had a blast and we are already looking forward to the next game night. This is also another blessing as we are able to

This will be the main reason your kids will be looking forward to the end of summer. This event is created to encourage and help prepare our youth for the upcoming school year. We give out at least 100 book bags full of supplies to go along with all the other festivities going on.

Our church picnic is held each June at the Upper Oxford Township Park. You will leave this with a full belly, plenty of laughs, lots of exercise, and maybe even wet clothes. You will find many things to get involved in whether you are tossing washers with the old timers, or playing in the water during our annual Kids Vs. Adult water fight, or getting in on a baseball or volleyball game with the teens of the church. No matter what you do, you will be thankful you are part of ACO and that you came out for this fun filled day!
We have lots of fun games and plenty of food at each. Generally we have the family party at Dutch Way or a place similar. Don't forget old or young, big or little; we all have a reason to celebrate since we have found the GREATEST GIFT OF ALL! So check the calendar to find the exact date.
We take this time to just sit back and relax and enjoy a nice fall evening near the edge of town watching the sun go down. With hayrides, good food and a warm bonfire it's time worth spending . Now don't fall asleep down by the fire because you don't want to miss out on Bro. Mike's hayride. So bundle up and I will see you there. Check the calendar to find the exact date.
Every 5th sunday we encourage everyone to bring their family and friends out to the church with them at 5PM to have a special fellowship service local churches. There will also be a potluck following the service. So bring dish to share!

This is a time of singing, playing, and great fellowship. You will find there are no Big " I'" and Little " u". This church will be one of the most diverse churches you will ever be at. So this is a great time to enjoy God's big diverse family. We are all important to God and that is what makes each of us important to ACO.
Every Spring we host our Friendship Sunday which consist of a shortened noontime service followed by a potluck and many giveaways. Also on this date we vote for our new T-Shirt design for the year. This is a great time to come out and see how your ACO friends have church. Then you will know why they are always SMILING:)!
Thanksgiving and Christmas should be some of the biggest holidays to set our focus on Christ. Well at least that's how we feel here at ACO. So we now give a Thanksgiving basket complete with everything a family would need to make a memory and have a traditional Thanksgiving dinner at home to all the families in the local head start. It is our goal to ensure that every child and family experience the love of God in an undeniable way during the holidays!
Every year we host a Ladies Conference/ Ladies workshop to ensure that all the women of ACO get to experience specific teaching to encourage them all the things they do. There is no cost to any who wants to attend. So if you have not been to a conference or workshop, keep your eye on our calendar. You do not want to let another opportunity slip by and plus; your Sisters of Strength want to see you!
Gentlemen this is the hidden gem of our area. This is a retreat designed to help you get teaching and encouragement to deal with the issues men face. Our goal is not to just help you cope with the problems plaguing men today, but rather CONQUER them! Keep your eye on our calendar to see the date and information.
This is an exciting event were we reach out to the community with the message of Christ. We encourage our members to come up with a creative decor for their table or vehicle trunk to promote his love. We use bible stories or a simple message about Christ to minister to those that stop by on the night of Trick or Treating. As you know there is always of plenty of Candy, Hot Coca, and other goodies to go around here at ACO.
Vacation Bible School
Our ACO bible school is a BLAST for everyone involved kids and teachers alike. If you have not had the chance to be part of this, you need to. It is a week packed full of Games, Crafts, Snacks, and Praise. But the real highlight of VBS is the Bible story which puts the kids in the middle and involved in an exciting bible adventure. The Bible story room is changed daily from the belly of a whale to Seaside breakfast to The Garden of Gethsemane. This will keep you excited and anticipating what will happen the next day. This year our wild Journey will take us to 'Clearwater Camp' where we'll witness god's guidance on our journey!
WOW Wednesday will.... WOW you! This is a great time here at ACO as we get to share and see how the Lord is working and leading each everyone at our church. We always get hear the ministers at the church share what the Lord is working and leading them in, but on this night the saints in the church do the teaching.
WOW Wednesday happens once a month on the 1st Wed at 7pm. On this night the congregation divides into three groups. Each group has a special speaker for the night. There is a class for Men, Women, and Children. This is guaranteed to be a GREAT time as you are taught, but also watching God grow those around you!
